Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Our client, a rapidly growing company in Toronto, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and managing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
– Work closely with the sales team to provide support and customer service as needed
– Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
