The IT Program Manager Senior collaborates with program/project sponsors and manages a team of project managers in daily project execution. The position is located in Edmonton, Alberta with a hybrid work schedule. The role requires a high level of skill and seniority in IT project management.
Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Surrey, British Columbia

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 a year

Job Description:

– Act as the main point of contact and coordinator for clients regarding maintenance requests, vehicle repairs, and related issues
– Coordinate service appointments and communicate with technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
– Review and approve service invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget limitations
– Maintain detailed records of service requests, appointments, and service history for each client
– Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service needs and client expectations
– Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution
– Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the service team

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 3+ years of experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the automotive industry
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology is an asset
