Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the Toronto area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
