Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Process customer orders and provide assistance with product selection

Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
