Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
– Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
– Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments
– Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as productivity and quality metrics
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
– Strong leadership and team-building skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
