Job Title: Education Manager

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Our non-profit organization is seeking an Education Manager to oversee all educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education management, curriculum development, and program evaluation. This individual will work closely with teachers, staff, and community partners to ensure high-quality educational experiences for our students.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement educational programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
– Collaborate with teachers to ensure curriculum standards are met and instructional strategies are effective
– Evaluate program outcomes and make adjustments as needed to improve student learning outcomes
– Recruit, train, and manage education staff, volunteers, and interns
– Build partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational organizations to enhance program offerings
– Monitor program budgets and report on financial performance to senior leadership

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in education management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of best practices in curriculum development and assessment
– Experience working with diverse student populations
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software
