A reputable production company in Toronto is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the production team.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with the planning and execution of various production processes
– Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
– Manage budgets and expenses
– Communicate with vendors, crew, and other departments
– Assist with script development and production planning
– Provide general administrative support to the production team
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a production assistant role
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
