Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract

Location: Cornwall, Ontario

Salary: $28 – $32 per hour

Job Description:

Our client, a long-term care facility in Cornwall, Ontario, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team on a contract basis. This LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
– Monitor patient health and progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
– Completion of a licensed practical nursing program
– Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ontario
– CPR certification
– Experience working in a long-term care setting is an asset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
