Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office staff and assist with daily operations.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and emails, and corresponding with clients and vendors
– Maintaining office supplies and ordering supplies as needed
– Assisting with processing invoices and payments
– Managing and organizing documents and files
– Coordinating meetings and appointments
– Performing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
– Assisting with special projects and events
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
