Location: Scarborough, ON, Canada

Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scarborough, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone and through emails.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
– Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges
– Inputting and updating customer information in the system
– Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
