WSP is looking for a Group Manager to lead the Lower Mainland Ecology team, responsible for leading a 25-person team and providing senior level technical and project management.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with account maintenance and troubleshooting issues
– Provide customers with product information and pricing details
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
