Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $20.00 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers
– Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
