Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
– Receive and check incoming pick tickets
– Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
– Maintain a clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
– Assist in counting of physical inventory
– Perform periodic cycle counts
– Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
– Operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery as needed
– Maintain and organize warehouse space

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
– Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
– Basic understanding of inventory management systems
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Forklift certification is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
