Job Description

Clinical Psychologist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessment and therapy to a diverse population of clients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing support to clients.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct psychological assessments to identify client needs and provide appropriate interventions
– Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health concerns
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans
– Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute situations
– Stay current on best practices and research in the field of psychology
– Participate in supervision and training activities as required

Qualifications:

– Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
– Current registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
– Clinical experience working with diverse populations
– Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
– Knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychology
