Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and assistance with their inquiries
– Process customer orders and provide updates on order status
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
