Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing paperwork and documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Providing administrative support to team members
– Other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
