Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within the designated area.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
– Manage and motivate a team of store managers and staff
– Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
