Our client, a well-established retail company, is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
– Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
– Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
