Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $15.50 to $17.50 hourly for 15 to 40 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Job Description:

– Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
– Provide product information and demonstrate the use and operation of the products
– Operate cash register and handle customer payments
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist in restocking products and maintaining inventory levels
– Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
– Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
– Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service
– Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
