The YMCA is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their Marketing + Communications Team. This team is responsible for creating future content, collaborating with the Digital Communications Manager on communication projects, and spreading their passion for the YMCA.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will support our marketing team in a variety of tasks aimed at promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
– Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
– Create content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
– Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate new ideas
– Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
