Position: Sales and Customer Service Agent

Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as generating new leads and closing sales. The Sales and Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Processing orders and payments
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
