Salary: $17-$19 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all front desk duties and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a neat and organized reception area
– Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
– Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
– Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
