Our client, a well-established company in the retail industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both over the phone and in person
– Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, exchanges, and returns
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
– Process payments and handle shipping and receiving duties
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred
