Job description:

Our growing company is seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team
– Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues
– Manage the performance evaluation process and provide feedback to employees
– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
– Coordinate HR initiatives and projects to support the overall business objectives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
– Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– HR certification (e.g. CHRP, CHRL) is an asset
