Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and driving sales, with strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities:

– Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Train and develop team members to drive sales and exceed targets
– Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to increase revenue
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events and initiatives
– Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure efficient operation

Qualifications:
