Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
– Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines
– Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports
– Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
– Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
– Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery processes and outcomes

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology environment
– Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex programs from initiation to closure
– Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
– Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
– PMP certification is considered an asset
