Job Description: Retail Operations Manager – Omni-channel and In-Store Sales

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager to drive sales through both our in-store selling model and Omni-channel strategies. This role is essential in ensuring that all brand standards, including merchandising, Planogram (POG) adherence, and marketing initiatives, are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and digital strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee in-store sales operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards including visual merchandising and POG compliance.
• Implement and optimize marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic in store.
• Ensure seamless execution of Omni-channel fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Same-Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital strategies that support and improve customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement actionable solutions.
• Train and develop team members on in-store selling techniques and digital engagement practices to foster a knowledgeable and customer-centric staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient replenishment processes to support both in-store and online sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail operations with a focus on both in-store and Omni-channel sales.
• Strong understanding of merchandising standards and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital fulfillment processes and e-commerce platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coach and motivate team members.
