We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth Marketer) responsible for developing strategies that drive efficient customer acquisition for Flight Centre Canada. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for growth marketing and is capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities. You’ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of all facets of digital management including paid media (SEM, display, social), earned and owned channels, website management, analytics and Martech.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy and vision that helps the organization to meet both digital and overarching business goals
- Develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Own all our marketing channels and measure their success
- Work with our content and design team to craft compelling content and stories for our campaigns
- Construct omnichannel, ROI-based campaigns across any and all digital channels
- Be the point of contact for all paid media efforts beyond digital including traditional media efforts when required
- Guide us through customer segmentation, targeting, and automation activities
- Build out reporting to track account performance on a monthly and ad hoc basis
- Monitor industry and digital trends to ensure innovation and competitive advantage
- Proactively investigate campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Bid management guidance towards ROI (various branding and lead gen metrics)
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent grasp of SEM strategy and management, website metrics, ecommerce, social media management
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce
- Strong, hands-on analytical experience
- Experience in e-commerce and/or B2C/B lead generation
- Experience in ROI and/or CPL optimization techniques
- Comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to QA own work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation building and delivering to senior audiences
- Google AdWords Certification
- Strong project management skills as role will need to manage multiple projects
- Technical Acumen for website development projects
