Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate individuals
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
– Creating and maintaining filing systems
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
