Brief Description:Our employer is seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join their Digital Marketing Department. Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, this role will assist with cross-departmental digital project coordination and alignment, helping to ensure an efficient and impactful approach to the organization’s marketing efforts.
Job Function:

  • Be responsible for the general operation of the Digital Marketing Team
  • Act as traffic controller for the Digital Team Members: assign projects, follow up on status updates, and report on progress.
  • Liaise with and support colleagues throughout the Marketing Department and the Digital Marketing Team to ensure engagement and adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all marketing projects and events are recorded within key project management tools (such as Asana and Wrike) and proactively follow-up with colleagues to collect missing details on time.
  • Coordinate and schedule tactical coordination meetings, marketing planning sessions, marketing team meetings and other meetings for Marketing team members to share best practices as required and requested.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Digital Team.
  • Liaise with marketing managers/ VPs on new project briefings and align on digital requirements
  • Hands on assistance with digital marketing software such as creating registration pages, landing pages, and supporting other departmental tasks.
  • Improve dashboards and reports to help give clarity around business and growth performance.
  • Gather and organize all required digital assets such as designs, emails, and social media assets
  • Coordinate asset delivery and approvals with internal and external partners.
  • Support onboarding of new digital marketing team members by taking them through process documents, where to find and save templates and briefs, setting up time with each leader in each spoke and the marketing hub, support setting up Asana and Wrike, and HR platforms (benefits, goals, ADP etc.)
  • Provide support with invoicing/ bill management as needed.
  • Support on execution of projects and marketing campaigns where required.

Job Requirement:Education, Skills, and Experience

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Wrike is considered an asset
