Job description: We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner with a background in Fintech, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies to join the innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge financial solutions, driving product vision and strategy in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.Responsibilities:

• Define, build, and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.

• Ensure user stories are well-documented, prioritized, and meet the defined acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and QA, to drive product execution and delivery.

• Manage the product backlog, gather requirements, and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall product.

• Implement Agile methodologies, schedule product demos, and coordinate product reviews.

• Maintain quality assurance and ensure that the product meets a world-class standard.

• Utilize product metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage project budgets for development and testing.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management in a tech-driven environment.

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.

• Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.

• Experience working in Fintech, Web3, or Blockchain technologies is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and guide cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address ambiguous problems and create data-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
