In addition to marketing efforts, the position also includes outreach activities such as networking with local businesses and organizations, attending community events, and building relationships with potential referral sources. The goal is to ensure that the property maintains a consistent and positive presence in the community, ultimately leading to a higher occupancy rate and increased revenue.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for building relationships. They should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in marketing or sales, particularly in the real estate or property management industry, is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is also preferred.
