Job description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and strategies, contributing to our brand’s success and growth. - Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage and update social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Help organise and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Assist in maintaining the company website and ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus, but we are open to entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organiSational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
