Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story!Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery Execution, this position is responsible for driving end-to-end coordination of pricing and promotions flowing through the Governance process. This role will serve as key member of the Channel Marketing Delivery team.Scope:End to End accountability of day to day programs and offers, including Rogers Preferred Program (RPP), POM and MAM launch success from governance to expiry of all programs.Review/assess/design projects assigned to ensure scope and objectives are achievable and will meet the needs of this business.Partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues, complete actions, manage risk and drive successful product and launch readiness.Key Responsibilities:Triage inquiries from cross functional teams to program owners as required, including prioritizing issues to deliver on-spec and on-timeCoordinate cross-functional working sessions as required (e.g., within existing GTM-Ex framework, or ad hoc as required to deliver programs within required timeframe)Determine, mitigate and avoid risks and develop solutions that consider the employee and the customerContinuously collaborate with the business to balance cross-functional capacity with market demands, proposing trade-offs as requiredRelentlessly design and integrate simplicity into the offers being deployed to market, focused on the Frontline and Customer experiencePartner with Marketing to shape the up-front design of offers and programs for longer term campaigns and deliverablesCompletion of technical / build documentation required by downstream teams to launch pricing into the billing systemsCompletion of governance templates and intake documents to accurately capture the intent of the business and equip downstream teams for successCreative problem-solving of obstacles and build/configuration challenges, including proposing new ways of operating or achieving the business goal while preserving the agent and customer experienceActively manage and report on process / program status with precisionManage tools and artifacts related to the process to ensure quality and complianceProvide feedback on identified programs by completing post-implementation reviews, presenting these reviews at VP+ forums within the businessWork with sales and compliance teams to create accurate reporting on program successQualifications:Education – Community College Diploma or completion of certified apprenticeship program with a focus on Business.Relevant Experience- Frontline sales or service; interactions with customers and the sale or support of current commercial offers and/or experience with the build process, GTM-EX process, RPP process or pricing launch process is a major asset.Please note this role is posted with a preferred candidate; however, applicants will be considered based on skillset and experience required for the role.​To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
