On an average day, BSAs might be immersed in creating project planning artifacts, contributing to technical solution designs, collaborating with marketing leadership on their strategic goals, documenting user stories, and spec-ing out new ideas, while always improving the Yelper experience.Our team leads and manages projects from conception through execution, forming the bridge between our business teams, product teams, and technical teams. - Manage, design, and improve marketing tools and processes: Oversee the development and enhancement of marketing tools and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead projects from conception to execution: Guide projects through all phases, including planning and scoping, research and analysis, functional design, testing, and rollout.
- Planning and scoping: Collaborate with business partners to identify and refine project proposals. Develop project scope, timelines, estimates, and detailed work plans.
- Analysis and design: Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to understand business needs, redefine processes, and recommend best practices. Partner with technical teams to design quality, scalable solutions.
- Testing and rollout: Ensure successful implementation of new processes and features. Lead change management initiatives and facilitate effective training efforts.
- Vendor evaluation: Conduct research on tools, organize vendor demonstrations, and create comprehensive evaluation reports.
What it takes to succeed:
- Ideally 3+ years of business systems analyst experience.
- Ideally 3+ years of hands-on, operational experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot or Iterable.
- Clear understanding of the platform’s technical capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in creating presentations, workflows, roadmaps for effective project planning and requirements communications.
- Skilled in driving adoption, facilitating change, and improving business results.
- Strong skills in building consensus and effectively coordinating and managing projects across multiple business units and technical teams.
- Exposure to and understanding of the salesforce.com platform
What you’ll get:
- Compensation range is $85,000-166,000 annually. Depending on your role and level, you may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
