Job Description: We are seeking motivated and licensed life insurance agents, who are actively seeking the opportunity to earn, have fun and develop the business, to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients (leads provided)
• Facilitate Zoom meetings with the clients, explaining both no-cost benefit package and other benefits (prospects will have to qualify for them)
• Submit application, collect signatures via DocuSign
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Actively participating in team building, hiring, mentoring and growing the business

Requirements:

• Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
