Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will coordinate and monitor the day-to-day production process related to in store signage, thematic, Ad Hoc Projects and publication work.If you are committed to the print production craft, then this is the role for you!About the Role

  • Work with the Integrated Marketing team to develop distribution and fulfillment plans for period promotions.
  • Work with vendors daily to ensure a timely and seamless execution of LCBO’s Marketing programs.
  • Compile and create kitting and distribution work sheets in excel for all instore Marketing Programs
  • Issue Work orders, track expenses, and manage vendor performance.
  • Coordinate shipment and follow up of all marketing materials to stores.
  • Help develop project specifications and draft Request for Quotations or Proposals.
  • Provide print production knowledge to the rest of the CMDO team and LCBO as requested.

About You

  • Experience in a marketing or advertising print production environment.
  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated understanding of print production fundamentals (including but not limited to design as it relates to production, typography, desktop publishing, prepress preparation, , large format digital printing and offset lithography and bindery) attained through a combination of on-the-job experience and/or Community College or industry Diploma (Certified Print Production Professional/ Accredited Print Manager).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of government Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be self-motivated, adept at finding creative solutions to problems and committed to the print production craft.
