Job description: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all marketing efforts related to leasing and resident retention at a rental property. They work closely with the Assistant Manager and Community Manager to create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and promote resident engagement. The Leasing Consultant conducts external marketing activities, such as outreach events and networking opportunities, to generate interest in the property. Additionally, they assist in leasing administration tasks and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. This role plays a vital role in achieving occupancy goals and maintaining resident satisfaction.
