Job description: Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing and promoting rental properties to potential tenants. They work closely with the Assistant Manager and Community Manager to create and implement marketing strategies, conduct property tours, and assist with lease agreements. They also handle inquiries from prospective tenants, showcase amenities and features of the property, and build relationships with current residents to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. Leasing Consultants play a key role in driving occupancy rates and revenue for the property while maintaining a positive and professional image for the community.
