This role is pivotal in driving the marketing and engagement strategies for Prodigy’s teacher programs, while also exploring and launching new channels and innovative approaches to connect with teachers. You’ll collaborate across teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and delivering measurable results. You will have the opportunity to develop mentorship skills while driving the success of teacher-focused marketing initiatives.Your ImpactTeacher Engagement StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive GTM and engagement strategy focused on Prodigy’s teacher audience, driving retention, and growth metrics.Lead all marketing efforts for the National Championship Competition, from campaign planning to execution and optimization, ensuring high teacher participation and engagement.Innovate and implement new channels and strategies to engage and reengage teachers, enhancing their connection with Prodigy.Campaign Management and ExecutionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for teacher-focused product or initiative launches, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.Own the marketing campaign calendar for teacher programs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with organizational goals, and optimized for impact.Brief campaigns clearly and effectively, prioritizing requirements and aligning strategy with Prodigy’s broader marketing objectives.Design, build, execute and monitor email journeys and campaigns in our platform BrazeCollaboration and OptimizationCollaborate with internal teams-including Product, User Acquisition, Design, and Data-to align marketing efforts and maximize results.Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Foster cross-functional alignment, ensuring campaigns deliver cohesive and impactful teacher engagement experiences.Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and mentor a direct report, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.Define workflows, set priorities, and oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets that meet brand standards and business objectives.Performance Tracking and Continuous ImprovementMonitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous innovation, leveraging insights and trends to enhance Prodigy’s teacher engagement strategies via testing and experimentation.About YouProven experience in customer marketing, GTM strategies, and campaign management, ideally within education, tech, or mission-driven organizations.Experience building and executing email journeys and campaigns in Braze or like platforms.Strong leadership skills with experience managing team members and securing stakeholder alignment.Expertise in developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and email.A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.A passion for education and a deep understanding of teachers as a core audience.Working At ProdigyBe part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping every student in the world love learning!
