Job description: The Marketing and Leasing Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at a community. This individual will assist prospective residents in touring the property, answer any questions they may have, and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Additionally, the Marketing and Leasing Coordinator will conduct on-campus marketing outreach to generate awareness of the community and attract qualified traffic. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
