As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in driving Narcity’s revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with both agencies and brands. With your strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of media and marketing, you will position Narcity as the go-to partner for advertisers. You will focus on selling performance-driven products, top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, and creator marketing solutions, ensuring that Narcity meets and exceeds client expectations.Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with mid-to-large advertiser organizations, including agencies and direct-to-brand clients.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients by identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Leverage your network to generate leads and open doors to potential clients.
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating prospective clients on how Narcity’s advertising solutions can meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop tailored campaign strategies that align with client goals, incorporating performance marketing, awareness campaigns, and creator marketing initiatives.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and provide additional value to clients.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, addressing challenges and escalating issues as needed.

Performance Tracking:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for sustained long-term success within your assigned territory.
  • Utilize sales CRM tools to manage your book of business, accurately forecast goals, and track progress against objectives.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Lead account strategy within your team pod to drive business growth, collaborating closely with Account Managers to service and expand your client base.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, from pitch development to campaign execution, ensuring seamless workflows and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, leveraging data-driven insights to provide recommendations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive retention.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and managing a book of business, achieving strategic goals, and developing client agreements.
  • Demonstrated success in transitioning advertisers from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in media sales, with expertise in digital platforms, performance marketing, and creator campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client management and digital marketing strategies, including top-of-funnel and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital analytics tools is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in French is preferred but not a requirement.
