• Provide expert guidance to clients in the development of tailored financial security plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of organizational products, services, and regulatory policies through continuous engagement with management and training resources.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Adhere to all organizational compliance standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Residency within Canada is mandatory.
• Possession of a personal laptop or desktop computer is required.
• Commitment to obtaining the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) license, with organizational support provided.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English language communication, both written and verbal.
• Fundamental proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
