Job description: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in the catering department by effectively promoting and selling catering services to clients. They work closely with the Assistant F&B Director, Banquet Manager/Captain, Set up staff, Bar Manager, General Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure that catering events are executed flawlessly and meet the needs and expectations of clients. The Catering Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. They must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and event planning, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
