Job description: The Change Orders Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing change orders within the organization. This includes reviewing, approving, and processing change orders, as well as communicating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience, with a strong understanding of change order processes and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to change orders.
