This role will help drive transformational and strategic solutions by formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs., This role will work closely with vendor partners, team members, business, and IT leaders to elicit and document business needs and requirements. A candidate for this position must be a self-starter and able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment as part of a service delivery function for.Day to Day / Job FunctionBusiness requirements gathering and documentation for projects and enhancementsManage and facilitate communications between IT teams, business, and vendorsAssist in formulating and designing system scope and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processesIdentify, evaluate, and recommend potential solution options. Support the resolution via projects and enhancements through to production deploymentProvide subject matter expertise and guidance to project team members concerning SalesforceParticipate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)Conduct operational support turnover activities including creation of Quick Reference Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, and other job aids as applicablePerform special duties and other projects as assignedComply with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at the companyEstablish and build strong working relations and partnerships with various levels of IT team members, stakeholders, Business Units and Senior ManagementExperience and Knowledge Required:5 + years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst is required, including experience in gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce project that involved integrations.5+ years of experience writing business requirements and functional specs.5+ years experience decomposing complex business and data requirements into specifications for developers and other stakeholders.Excellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-starter with proven ability to take the initiative to accomplish goals, with minimal oversight and direction.Knowledge of SDLC for both waterfall and agile methodologies.Experience and Knowledge Preferred:Experience working in the insurance industry P&C sector or Insurtech.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
