Job description: The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for overseeing quality planning and quality control processes to ensure that the client experience meets exceptional standards. In this role, the specialist will work closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that support marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction. The specialist will also identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise, in order to maintain the highest level of service for clients.
