Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional hospitality to all guests visiting the sales office while providing essential support to the Sales and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Hospitality: Greet and assist all guests visiting the sales office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing information about our services.

• Administrative Support: Provide back-up support for the Director of Sales and Marketing, including scheduling, communication, and project management.

• Community Marketing Plan: Assist in the development and implementation of the community marketing plan, collaborating with team members to align strategies and objectives.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives, gathering data and feedback to assess their effectiveness and suggesting improvements when necessary.

• Reporting: Compile reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to the team to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus.
