Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our messaging and collateral materials to better support our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand market needs and identify gaps in current messaging and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing group to refine and develop compelling content that aligns with sales objectives and resonates with customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform messaging strategies.
• Create and maintain sales collateral, ensuring all materials are current, relevant, and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales and Marketing teams to align goals and ensure coherent communication across departments.
• Assist in training sales representatives on new agreements and marketing materials to ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of messaging and materials through feedback loops and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
