We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee a variety of routine to semi-complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Negotiating Contracts: Manage the negotiation process for contracts with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure all agreements are favorable and compliant with company policies and legal standards.

• Budgeting: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with financial goals. Conduct regular financial analyses to track project performance and identify areas for cost savings.

• Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate project workflows and ensure all team members are informed and engaged.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Proactively address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members fulfill their roles effectively.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and performance metrics. Present findings and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in roles involving marketing, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
